Returns
Because our pieces are made and finished to a high standard — and many are produced to order — returns are accepted only under specific conditions. Please contact our team before returning anything; returns made without prior approval cannot be accepted.
A return may be considered when:
- the item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in delivery;
- an incorrect item was delivered that does not match your order; or
- the item does not meet the specifications agreed at the time of purchase.
To be eligible, a request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. Approved returns are arranged at no restocking cost to you.
Please note: custom-made and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for you.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery options tailored to the size and nature of each order. Timelines are confirmed with you directly before your order is finalized — we do not operate on fixed, universal shipping windows.
Delivery is arranged to suit each piece, from in-home placement of larger items to collection by arrangement from our Khalda showroom.
Within Jordan
For items available locally, delivery timelines are agreed at the time of purchase and coordinated directly with you.
International & Supplier Orders
Some pieces are sourced from international suppliers and shipped from outside Jordan. For these, delivery can range from one to six months or more, depending on the supplier, customs, and logistics at the time of order. We keep you informed of your shipment's status and let you know of any delays as soon as we are aware of them.
International shipments are covered by standard carrier liability. We recommend noting any visible damage before signing for delivery.
Complimentary Storage
If you are not ready to receive your order, we offer complimentary warehouse storage for up to 12 months from the date it arrives at our facility — so you can coordinate delivery around your renovation, move-in, or schedule.
For large or long-term orders, we welcome you to visit our showroom to plan the details with our team in person.
